Privacy policy
This policy explains what TheManago (“we”, “us”) collects through themanago.online, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. This website has no user accounts and no login. We only receive personal details when you choose to send them to us through the contact / demo form or by email.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the form: your name, property or organisation name, phone number or email, number of rooms, your message, and the type of request (demo, question, etc.).
- Your consent record: that you ticked the consent box, and when.
- Basic technical data: like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see your IP address and browser details in order to send the page to you.
We do not ask for payment details, ID documents or any sensitive personal data on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, arrange and run a demo, and follow up on your enquiry.
- To keep a simple record of who has contacted us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties. We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the website. They process data only to provide their service to us:

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we store that choice in your browser (local storage, key tm-cookie-consent) so we don’t ask again.

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are kept in an access-controlled inbox. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
